You have a busy work life. You’d love to do a lunch break session but scheduling time for a 45 minute session and traveling back and forth doesn’t seem possible. It is much more realistic to book a conference room, prop up your phone, stick your airpods in, and have the therapy come to you.

You are a new mom

You are a new mom. You are the primary caregiver and are on the clock with your kids 24/7. You want to give yourself the gift of therapy but when? With virtual therapy, we can schedule sessions during nap time and you don’t even need to hire a babysitter to run out!

Access from anywhere

Virtual therapy allows you to work with me even if you don’t live within a commute distance to my office. Hello entire state of New York!

How it Works

 

Step One

Schedule a consult call. We talk a bit about you and cover scheduling and payment details. This usually takes 10-15 minutes.

Step Two

Once we get all the nitty gritty details done, I’ll send you a link to my secure client portal. You can add your information and sign some forms there. It’s all done online, no need to print anything!

Step Three

We’ll use Zoom to meet. I set up our meeting information after we schedule a time and send you the link, that’s it! When we meet for your first session, we’ll gather all the background information on what’s going on for you.
